I had such a relaxing birthday this year. I told my client about my day off and thank goodness she is so understanding and actually didn’t send me one email about work except for a birthday email.

Now, although I should be working already, I’m taking it easy still and even checking out Outer Banks vacation packages! lol! Perhaps we can plan something for our anniversary instead?

I still can’t comment at any blog with the JSKit commenting system and it is really infuriating me since tonight is Music Monday and all. Seriously I could really do with a break from all this stress. Perhaps a trip somewhere is warranted. I know I have this wedding in Singapore at the end of month and that is considered somewhat a break but a nice holiday would also be welcome with my darling Azwaj.

I found some nice and economical rates at some miami hotel online and it is really beckoning me. I wonder what Azwaj would do is I tell hime I was going with or without him.. LOL!

December has always been associated with the holiday period here in Malaysia. Working parents take time off to plan vacations with their kids and couples plan weddings and honeymoon around it as well. Most times the plans for vacations always involved overseas travel.

This time around why not plan to go to Florida and perhaps stay at the destin hotels. The sun and the sea makes for wonderful family vacation and for the newly weds, nothing beats the sounds of the ocean at night to set the mood just right.

I’ve always been facinated with Las Vegas since I was young. From tv shows like Vegas and the current tv series Las Vegas and Crime Scene CSI, the city has all the makings of a great vacation spot. After all, what’s not to love right? There’s entertainment, there’s great shopping and of course don’t forget it’s a heaven for trying out your luck in their casinos.

If you are planning a holiday for the family, how about Las Vegas this year? You can stay at the the Las Vegas hotels on the strip and experience Las Vegas for all it’s glory.

A and I had always dreamed of driving up to the east coast. A used to grow up in Kuantan and he loved it there and he remembers driving up the east coast highway with an awesome view of the ocean with the fresh sea breeze in his face.

What would be awesome, A told me, was if we had one of these rv. We could park it near the ocean and just enjoy the experience from our own “home”.

That would be ideal of course, but I’ll settle for a nice ride there in whatever mode of transportation!

When all this business of moving is over, I’m thinking I definitely need to take a vacation. Where? Anywhere! I don’t care.. Be it Machu Picchu travel. Be it European Travel or even just Malaysia Travel.. Just as long as there’s “TRAVEL’ in the list of to-do’s, I will be a happy camper.

In the meantime, the packing has started. Even the kitties are excited!
