I love wearing heals but sometimes when you are in a rush and need to run around in them, they can be quiet torturous. Well that was happened to me a while back but it wasn’t because I was running around but rather I was busy too distracted and didn’t see that step in front of me. So I lost my balance and my ankle was somewhat sprained though it didn’t hurt that time and I was still able to continue with my day.
However come night and the day after, my ankle started to hurt. It didn’t coz me so much pain that I wasn’t able to walk or needed a roll-a-bout but it was sufficient to stop me from wearing heels for a while and each time pressure was placed on that leg, my ankle hurts so much.
Anyway when I was hospitalised and the doctor prescribed me my very own massager, that seemed to do the trick and the pain is now all gone.. Yeay!
