Anytime someone talks to me about cancer, my answer would be the same. I think if I were to get cancer. it would probably be colon cancer. When asked why, my answer is simple, because I’ve got a terrible digestive system. I read somewhere that one of the cause of colon cancer is just that. I also don’t go to the toilet daily and believe me I actually jot down the days that I actually do go, so that I know when to take those Omega tablet. In fact the only time that I really do it daily is when I’m having my menses and I’m guessing the contractions from all that cramps helps somewhat.
Anyway, I found out recently that tests have shown a 40% reduction of colon cancer cells when onions extracts was introduced to the cells. It seems that the onion extract stops the cancer cells from further growth as well. If the extract is not available, eating raw onion would suffice although cooked ones would be helpful.
So, that being said, I just made a plate of omelet and guess what, it’s loaded with onions. Got to kill those colon cancer cells, if there are any!
