Paracetamol Alert

Whenever it’s that time of the month, the quickest relief for me would be to reach for my Panadol. Only then would I be “human” again. Otherwise, I would feel irritated easily because of the cramps and all I want to do would be to crawl in my bed, lie in a fetal position and try to sleep.
Then last month, I got this email that is being circulated saying that Paracetamol is toxic to the body and can cause damage to the liver?! It also resides in the body for 5 years?! Paracetamol is also a pain killer so the more you take it, the lesser would be your pain threshold which means you would now have to take more or take something stronger to cut down any other pain.
Yikes!!! OMG!!
Tip: next headache you have, try taking a mixture of 1/2 100Plus and 1/2 plain water. Headache solved.
