Cellulite is the reason many women don’t want anyone to see their legs. And “Yes”, even thin and slim women suffer from this unsightly menace.. like yours truly. Unfortunately, cellulite is very stubborn and hard to get rid of (even if you lose weight) and it gets worse with age if left untreated.
Cellulite, as I understand it, is caused by cells that are engorged with excess fat, toxins and excess fluid. These cells pop out between the skin’s connective tissues, causing the skin to dimple. According to some sources I’ve read, there is no real way to get rid of cellulite, not even with exercise. However, there are some home remedies that offers easy solution that I think I would give a try. Among them are :
- Follow a detox diet – a healthy low-fat, high fiber diet containing plenty of fresh fruits and vegetables.
- Drinking 3 glasses a day of freshly squeezed lemons in 1 cup water and a pinch of cayenne will also melt away the cellulite.
- Use body brush for dry skin when bathing. It increases blood circulation.

I drink hot lemon water ever since I started my workout/BD regime. My mom just said it's good for me.. but didn't specify what. I didn't know it helped melt cellulite!! LOL! But I take it morning and night only. I was just about to do my night time lemon drink when i read this. Now super excited!!
And apparently, wearing tight clothing can also be the cause of cellulite.. 'cause apparently it restricts blood circulation and cause the fat cells to be deprived of something something i also forgot what! LOL!
hahah.. how long more before you reach 40? mesti tak sabar now kan? hahaha
