Being Lazy
Being lazy definitely does not contribute to weight loss.
It is so much easier to just put that burger on the grill and have that for breakfast, lunch and dinner. After all, slapping your bread with thousand island, topping it with cheese, a slice of tomatoes and that growling in your stomach stop for a bit.
However, what do you pay for that “convenience”? Weight Gain! That’s what..
