What happens when you have a very late lunch, then have a late dinner and then goes to sleep right after? Do that on a daily basis and you get weight gain, that’s what you get. Right about now, those diet pills sure looks inviting because I’ve gain another kilogram despite all that moving and lugging around of boxes!

Boo hoo! What is a girl to do? I’ve never been on a diet before and I don’t even know where to start! Help!
