LadyJava Our new home has a “straight” layout.. meaning from the front door, the moment you walk in, you can see everything, from the kitchen, to the dining area and the living room, right through the balcony. I’m thinking that a nice feature wall will break the monotony but have yet to discuss it with A. I’m thinking a nice feature wall with porcelain tile would do nicely. Something like the tile below..
Any other suggestions?

My previous apt was so much nicer Shemah.. everything was in its place.. so
private.. so if I got guest they just sit at the living room and cant see
what I'm doing in the kitchen.. this apt.. the kitchen is the first thing
they see.. lol.. so cannot berserak there lah
