Re-hydrate Yourself

Wake up by drinking water.Do you feel very thirsty when you wake up in the morning? That is because you are dehydrated from going 6-9 hours without any liquids. So drink water in the morning to wake up.

Before you leave for work, or before you eat breakfast, drink a full glass of cool (not cold) water. It will hydrate you, wake you up, and even make you a little fuller so you will not feel the need to eat as large a breakfast. Some people even find they no longer need coffee when they drink a glass of water in the morning.
