Coming back from Singapore, I’m afraid to even weigh myself. After all those delicious food that mommy cooked up, I’m sure I’ve gained a pound or two or perhaps even more. I’ve never been one to take any diet pills before or go on crash diet but a friend did suggest taking Miracle burn for a quick solution. I think for now I’ll stick to my organic drink and some diet tips that I got from somewhere in the net which was:

  1. Drink eight (8) oz. glasses of water daily.
  2. Eat smaller meals throughout the day rather then larger meals.
  3. Exercise three times/week.
  4. Eat slowly, let your appetite catch up with your food intake.
  5. Stay away from starvation diets.
  6. Balanced eating works better in the long run.
